Abdul Hai Sarker elected as Bangladesh Tennis Federation president

Abdul Hai Sarker, chairman of the board of directors of Dhaka Bank PLC, has been elected as the president of Bangladesh Tennis Federation, a Dhaka Bank press release confirmed today.  
Sarker is the president and founder chairman of Dhaka Bank PLC., Chairman of Bangladesh Association of Banks (BAB) and a former director of Federation of Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FBCCI). He was also the chairman of the board of trustees of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) and former president of Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA). 
Besides being a leading business personality, he has played a commendable role in social welfare and community development for which he has been recognised several times.
